We reserve the right not to accept a gift card which we consider to be affected by fraud. Valid for 5 years; no balance refunds upon expiry. In order to avoid disappointment please inform us at the time of booking your appointment of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. This includes heart conditions, high blood pressure, allergies or pregnancy. This information is strictly confidential.
For new clients, we would ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so that you can unwind and fill out a consultation form. Please be aware that if you arrive late the time of the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled in consideration of the next person Please Note: If your appointment is first thing in the morning, you don’t need to arrive early.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Skin Deep Vouchers and cash. We do not accept cheques. Full course payment is required at first treatment to qualify for discount. Courses, once booked are non-refundable or transferable.
